This program uses Google Docs, which requires having a Google account. Anyone can create a Google account free of charge here: https://accounts.google.com/signin
Before working in any document, select File → Make a copy. This creates a copy of the document in your own Google Drive (which is included with every Google account). Edit your copy—not the original.

Within the document, click File (A), then Make a copy (B):

Then, click My Drive (C) to select your own personal Google drive:

Click Select (D) to drill down into your drive:

Then, click New folder (E) to create a new folder which will keep your Abroad Blueprint program files organized in a single folder:

Next, name your new folder Abroad Blueprint (F) and click Create (G):

Select (H) your new folder:

Name (I) the document (you can leave the default name), note that it will be saved in your new folder (J), and click Make a copy (K):

You’re done! You can now make edits, which are automatically saved:
